The City of Missouri City provides garbage collection and recycling services to the residents of Fort Bend County MUD 47 through GFL Environmental on the following days:
- Garbage Collection Days: Mondays and Thursdays
- Recycling Day: Every other Monday
- Yard Waste: Mondays

Assisted Service Authorization
Assisted or valet service is available for disabled, elderly, and infirmed residents; a doctor’s signature and contact phone number are required to process each request. To sign up for the service, complete the Assisted Service Authorization Form or contact GFL’s (former WCA) dedicated Missouri City Customer Service center at 281-403-5800.
