FBMUD 47’s Board of Directors engages qualified contractors, consultants, and service companies to provide services to its residents. All contractors, consultants, and service providers serve at the discretion and direction of the Board. MUD 47 currently has no employees. The Professional Services Procurement Act sets out the requirements for choosing certain professional service providers, such as the attorney and financial advisor. Other contractors and service providers are selected through a competitive bid process.
